Hello, I'm Steph. As a former research scientist and clinical trial professional, I've always been drawn to supporting people's health and wellbeing. But I realised in the busyness of life, we often put ourselves last. Between work, family and everything in between, self-care often feels like a luxury, something we only manage on special occasions (if any).
Yoga became an important part of my life during COVID - helping me manage lower back pain (from sitting at my desk all the time!) and find calm amid the moments of uncertainties of life. It gave me a chance to slow down, breathe and just be. And I realised - I wanted to create that same space for others.
That's why I offer a place where you can step away from the chaos, even for just a little while, and reconnect with yourself. A space to rest, reset, and simply be - for you...
