Renew & Reconnect - Find your Balance

Step into the fresh warmth of spring and give yourself permission to pause.
Â
This workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down, shake off seasonal sluggishness, and step away from the noise of daily life into a dedicated space for self-care.
Â
Together, we will journey through calming pranayama (breathwork), gentle mindful yoga, guided meditation, and a deeply relaxing sound bath, offering you a quiet moment to rest, unwind, and find your balance.
Â
Alongside these restorative practices, we’ll explore the simple science of how deep relaxation supports your nervous system, leaving you with practical, accessible tools to bring that feeling of balance and ease home into your daily routine.

Stephanie
Practicing yoga since 2020, I love supporting the community with practical tools for movement and sound. My background in medical research and ballet into my late teens had enabled me to blend the scientific understanding of the body with soft and fluid movement. Off the mat, I love my body step classes, I recharge outdoors through hiking, biking, and time with loved ones. To reset, I take quiet walks, sometimes listening to podcasts or instrumental music, and other times simply enjoying nature and its fresh air.

Radhika
Former accounting professional and now a yoga teacher. Growing up, yoga was everywhere and I was always drawn to it for its simplicity and profoundness. I am also a fitness enthusiast and love mixing things up. There is an equal chance you will find me in a strength, combat, or a dance class as you will in a yoga class. Within the circus of life, I'm glad I have yoga to keep me grounded and I feel fortunate to be able to share this experience with you.Â

Achintha
Depending on the season of life, I’m a yogi, meditator, gardener, runner, reader and a social worker.Â
My journey began in primary school, with a simple crystal ball visualisation that helped ground me during moments of fear and restlessness. I didn’t have the language for it then, but I kept coming back to it.
Almost 20 years later, I’ve come to understand meditation practice more deeply alongside my yoga training— and I feel drawn to share it with others, in the hope that it might offer even one person a sense of steadiness when they need it most.
